CLIENT ELIGIBILITY

• Age Requirement: The client must be at least 18 years of age.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

• Privacy Assurance: All information shared with Hiba is strictly private and confidential.

• Recording Prohibition: No recording of any type is permitted during the session.

SESSION ENVIRONMENT

• Solo Attendance: Only the client is allowed to be present with Hiba during the session, whether in-person or online.

• Silencing Electronic Devices: To prevent interruptions, clients should silence their smartphones and other electronic devices for the duration of the session.

• Sobriety Requirement: Clients should not be intoxicated during the session.

ONLINE SESSION REQUIREMENTS​

• Zoom Application: Clients should ensure that both audio and video functions on their Zoom application are working properly before the session begins. 

• Lighting Requirements: It is essential that Hiba can clearly see the client’s eyes during the session. For online sessions, the client’s Zoom video must be on, with lighting arranged to fully illuminate the face. Avoid any background lighting, such as lamps, window light, or overhead lights, which could cast shadows or obscure visibility.

INTERACTIVE PROCESS

• Engagement Requirement: A Tarot Reading is a two-way process. Hiba will ask questions during the session, and she will expect the involvement of the client in their Reading. This helps the cards yield more information, allowing the Reading to expand.

• Openness and Transparency: It is essential for the client to be open, honest, and transparent throughout the session. This enables the Reading to be more accurate, insightful, and impactful.

UNDERSTANDING TAROT SYMBOLISM

• Positive Interpretation: In Tarot, no card is viewed as totally negative, as each card has something valuable to teach us. All cards represent parts of the human experience of life.

• Understanding the Death Card: For example, the Death Card does not signify physical death but rather liberation from a negative situation or the end of a particular life cycle. The Death Card suggests change, transformation, and transition. Therefore, it is not a card to be feared.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

• Guidance and Free Will: A Tarot Reading is not absolute or carved in stone. Hiba will offer her opinion and advice, but she will not interfere with the client’s free will.

• Client Responsibility: Any decisions made and/or actions taken by the client as a result of a Tarot Reading are the sole responsibility of the client.

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

• Anti-Discrimination Policy: Hiba will never refuse a client on the grounds of race, color, gender, religion, disability, national origin, or sexual orientation.

• Non-Judgmental Approach: Hiba will be compassionate, kind, and respectful. She will neither judge nor criticize. 

• Honesty and Realism: Hiba will be candid and honest. She will not give false hopes or empty promises.

• Professional Advice Limitations: Hiba does not provide specific medical, financial, legal, political, or religious advice.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

• Prepayment: Payment must be completed before the session begins.

• No Refund Policy: All services provided are nonrefundable.

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

SESSION DURATION

• Session Outline: The session length, as selected at booking, includes the initial steps, deep dive into the client’s inquiry, and reading of the Tarot cards.

• Standard Intuitive Reading: Lasts up to 60 minutes.

• Advanced Intuitive Reading: Lasts up to 90 minutes.
